One dentist, start to finish
Implant dentistry is usually divided between a surgeon who places the implant and a restorative dentist who makes the tooth on top. The division causes most of the problems patients complain about: an implant angled awkwardly for the final crown, disagreement over who owns a complication, and a bill from each party.
Dr. Cheema does both. The implant is positioned with the finished crown already designed, which is the entire point of digital planning, and there is one person accountable for the result years later.
Experience and focus
Paramount Dental's practice is built around implant and full-mouth reconstruction work: single implants, multiple implants, no-flap gum implant surgery, All-On-4 fixed arches and implant overdentures. Dr. Cheema has placed more than 10,000 implants and the practice completes over 300 full mouth reconstructions each year.

The technology in the building
Cone beam 3D CT scanning, digital surgical guides, painless injection technique and an in-house milling lab that produces zirconia crowns and arches. Keeping the lab on site is also what lets us adjust shade and fit while the patient is still in the chair.
A straight answer at the consultation
Not every tooth needs to come out and not every case should go straight to a full arch. Dr. Cheema will tell you when a tooth is worth saving and when a second opinion you are holding is already sound. Bring it in — the consultation and scan cost nothing.
