Fixing a loose lower denture
A lower denture rests on a ridge of bone that keeps shrinking, which is why it eventually will not stay put no matter how much adhesive is used. Two implants can convert that same denture into a snap-in overdenture that clicks into place and holds while you eat.
For patients who want to stop removing anything at all, four implants carry a fixed arch that stays in the mouth permanently and is brushed like natural teeth.
Planning around fewer trips
Because Lincoln is a longer drive, we consolidate. The consultation, CT scan and treatment plan happen in one visit, extractions and implant placement are combined into a single surgical appointment where the case allows, and the crown or arch is delivered in one final visit.
That usually means three trips instead of the six or seven a referral-based plan would require.
Sedation and comfort
Anxiety keeps a lot of people from ever starting implant treatment. Dr. Cheema uses painless injection technique and offers sedation options for longer surgical appointments, particularly full arch cases where multiple extractions and grafting happen in one sitting.
Most single implant patients are comfortable with local anaesthetic alone and drive themselves home the same day.
