What all-inclusive actually means
It means three things are in the $1,850: the titanium implant placed in the bone, the stock abutment that screws into it, and the porcelain crown cemented on top. Those are the three line items that get quoted separately almost everywhere else.
It does not include an extraction if the tooth is still in place ($99 simple, $285 surgical), bone grafting ($699 per site), or a membrane ($299). Those are quoted in writing at your consultation, so the total you see is the total you pay.
Fewer, longer appointments
For patients driving from Elk Grove we deliberately build longer appointments. Extraction, socket graft and implant placement are combined wherever the bone and infection status allow, which turns a five-visit plan into three.
