Quality is not what the low price cuts
The savings come from structure, not from materials. There is no referral fee to an outside surgeon, no outside laboratory mark-up, and no separate imaging centre charge, because the CT scanner and the milling lab are both in this building.
Implants are placed using 3D-planned surgical guides, crowns are milled from premium zirconia, and abutments can be custom CAD-CAM where the case calls for it.
Second opinions welcome
Bring the treatment plan you were given somewhere else. We will scan you, review it line by line and tell you which items are genuinely necessary. Occasionally the honest answer is that the other plan is sound and the tooth can be saved without an implant at all.
There is no charge for that second opinion and no pressure to transfer your care.
Cosmetic outcome on front teeth
Anterior implants are judged entirely on how the gum line looks afterward. That depends on tissue management during placement and on the emergence profile of the abutment, which is why we favour custom abutments in the aesthetic zone.
Shade matching is done in-house so the crown can be adjusted against your actual teeth rather than mailed back and forth to a lab.

- Can I get a custom abutment instead of a stock one?
- Yes. Custom CAD-CAM abutments are $799 and are recommended for front teeth or unusual angulation. Stock abutments are included in the $1,850 fee.
- How long do implants last?
- With good hygiene and routine checkups, implants commonly last decades and often a lifetime. The crown may need replacing sooner than the implant itself.
