Who All-On-4 is for
It is for people whose remaining teeth cannot be saved, or who already wear a denture and are tired of adhesive, movement and a palate they cannot taste through. Rather than replacing every tooth with its own implant, four implants carry a single bridge spanning the whole arch.
If you are missing one tooth or a few, a single implant at $1,850 is the right comparison instead.
Why four implants are enough
The two rear implants are placed at an angle rather than straight down. Angling them lets the implant engage a longer stretch of the dense bone at the front of the jaw, and it moves the tip away from the sinus above in the upper arch and the nerve canal below in the lower one.
That single design decision is why All-On-4 avoids sinus lifts and major grafting in most cases, and why patients previously told they had "not enough bone for implants" often qualify.
Surgery day
Remaining teeth are removed, the ridge is prepared, four implants are placed, and a provisional fixed arch is attached the same day. You do not leave the office without teeth. Sedation is available and a driver is required if you use it.
You eat soft food while the implants integrate. After healing, the final zirconia arch is fitted — milled in our own lab, so adjustments are made while you are in the chair instead of being shipped away and back.
What $14,995 per arch includes

Extractions, grafting where required and sedation are quoted separately and in writing at your free consultation. This is also why a full arch is not simply four times the single implant price.
Snap-in overdentures
Where budget or anatomy rules out a fixed arch, two to four implants can convert an existing lower denture into a snap-in overdenture that clicks into place and holds while you eat. It still comes out for cleaning, but it does not move while you chew.
