For patients whose remaining teeth are beyond saving, All-On-4 removes the failing teeth, places four implants and fits a provisional fixed arch in a single surgical day. You do not leave without teeth.
The final zirconia arch is fitted once healing is complete. Because the lab is in this building, adjustments happen while you wait rather than being posted back and forth.
Why All-On-4 avoids most grafting
The two rear implants are angled forward, which lets them engage denser bone at the front of the jaw and skirt the sinus above and the nerve below. That is the whole point of the technique — it makes fixed teeth possible for people who were told they lacked the bone for implants.
Whether your anatomy suits it is determined by the CT scan, not by a general rule, and we will say so plainly if it does not.
What to expect from the travel
We schedule surgical days for out-of-area patients with enough time built in that nobody is rushed out the door, and we provide a direct number for post-operative questions so a concern does not turn into an unnecessary drive.
A driver is required for sedation appointments; local anaesthetic cases can drive themselves home.
